COMMUNITY SUPPORTED AGRICULTURE (CSA) |
 | With a CSA, a farmer offers the public a certain number of "shares" consisting of vegetables, fruits, and other farm products. Interested consumers purchase a share (aka a "membership" or a "subscription") and in return receive a portion of seasonal produce each week throughout the farming season. You can learn more about CSAs and find some wonderful recipes by visiting Blooming Glen Farm's Food Blog. FIND A LOCAL CSA > |
